I help Summit in Picton with maintenance on both their rental portfolio as well as properties that are for sale. I find the people at Summit easy to deal with in particular Stacey. We have been using the Summit property management services at our Picton house for 4 years now. we have found the property managers excellent. All requests are dealt with immediately and professionally and we have had excellent tenants through the Summit process. We highly recommend Summit for property management - this is our retirement house and we needed the house to be well looked after prior to us moving in when we retire - Summit have really looked after our house for us.

My wife and I have been using Summit as our agents for renting out our house in Picton for about ten years. All of the agents over that time and especially the present one, Tracey Trebo, have been wonderfully helpful. Both of us move around the world regularly and having someone we can trust to bring any problems to us immediately is great. Knowing that any job that gets done is checked and that our tenants are well chosen helps to make this house almost problem free.
