Beautiful place to relax after a hike, travelling or just because. Very pleasant staff who explained everything so well. The water is amazing and I felt wonderful afterwards. Worth a stop!

A bit more expensive than I anticipated but a lovely spa experience.

Public pool is not hot enough and not deep enough. But Private Pool just the best experience we ever had! Absolutely stunning big hot pool that you can swim, not only sit, like most private pools. Surrounded by bamboo boosh, you will feel absolutely in Nature ! Will come back again and again! And prices are very affordable!

Amazing spa baths and a must do when visiting The Aroha. Spa was pretty intense so the 30min or 45min options is best! Highly recommend.

Nice place , good for families who love spa

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this lovely hot spring facility and wanted to share my positive experience with others. My buddy and I booked a 45-minute session in the double hot spring tub, and we were delighted to find that each room comes equipped with its own private bathroom and changing area - a very thoughtful touch.The hot spring water in the wooden tub was crystal clear and had a bubble function that added to the overall relaxation. We were also impressed with the fact that we could adjust the temperature by adding cold or hot water to the tub according to our preference. The tub itself was spacious enough for at least four people, and a timer conveniently alerted us when our time was up.What I appreciated most was that this hot spring was mineral-based, so there was none of the sulfuric smell you might expect from other hot springs, like Rotorua. In fact, the mineral content was beneficial for the skin, making it a dual-purpose experience. Not only did we feel relaxed and soothed, but we also left with our skin feeling rejuvenated and healthy.Overall, I highly recommend this hot spring facility. The private rooms and mineral-based hot spring water make for a truly enjoyable experience.

Great place and a fantastic experience! It was wonderful to have a whole room for ourselves (changing room+shower and toilet). It is the first time in a spa that you can regulate the hot and cold water, so that was a really nice experience. Highly recommend it! Thank you to the helpful staff as well for their hospitality.

Very helpful staff, clean and tidy pools. Well managed.

I went there two weeks ago.We as a couple have already been there 5 times and love that spa.This time we went with our 10 month old baby first time. The water smelled like a chemical, which we didn't have before, and the hot water in the tub hurt when it got in my eyes. It was a different room in the back than it used to be and I wondered if they use chemicals in the bathtub if you have a little one….?The customer service and service was excellent as always.
