Never would I ever again buy a spa from this place nor recommend anyone does. They are stockist only and not specialists in spas. We ended up with severe hot tub rash that took over six weeks to heal and have been left permanently scarred. Insufficient advice was given on purchase. Highly recommend Pools Spas and Essentials that helped get the spa fixed and healthy at no cost when all Four Seasons did was try sell us new filters. Only buy from a spa pool specialist, it’s not worth your health!

What a fabulous company to deal with!!!!! AND.... a fabulous product we recieved! We purchased a pyroclassic VI fireplace and it is outstanding in our 1901 villa. Not only does it look good, it packs out the heat. Just what we were looking for!!....In addition to this great fire we were so impressed with the service of the team. Bob (from the store) and John (their installer) were brilliant. They both went out of their way to assist us in our design for a custom hearth and woodbox to go with our fire. They were so happy to work with us in what we wanted....We are now looking forward to returning soon for our BBQ and spa!!! In the meantime we will be recommending 4 seasons to our clients, friends and family. Thanks to Bob and the team.

After nearly three weeks of incorrect information and lack of communication, I cancelled an order. Their logistics seems to be completely fouled up (multiple deliveries of table tops with no bases, no accurate information on stock locations or ship dates, no records of orders, etc.) I find it much easier to order directly from China or Italy.

I have to say that the help given from David, Barry and Noel was simply outstanding. We purchased a spa pool from them prior to Christmas. The communication was excellent along the way through to delivery and the 3 of them gave up their evening to help lift the spa pool into place for us. I can highly recommend the Nelson team - thanks guys, awesome service!

Never go back here again. Salesman is lying in my face pretending we're getting a good deal. Which initially was more expensive than the sale price. When pointed out at him he didn't recall giving me that great price.No thanks

Viewed out door couch agreed price for a later pickup 2 days with trailer when returned would not honor agreed price. Blamed previous sales person even had a sales docket. Very very poor. Hired trailer for nothing. Will NOT be going there again !

We ordered a spa from here..took a while to arrive due to covid, but we were constantly kept up to date with delivery details. Honestly..we couldn't be happier with the spa.

Is there an option for zero stars? Was not surprised to read the negative reviews. We bought a spa pool in March. Pool was delivered without the correct size spa cover. Still waiting. We ordered a new filter cover which was going to take 3 days. This was weeks ago. Still waiting. We were promised that the locks for the cover would be attached. Still waiting. So all in all a terrible experience. Loads of promises made and then once you have paid zero zip nada follow through. I wish we had bought elsewhere.
