The staff at this place were of the hook helping with my sisters wedding from beginning to end the office staff were helpful and really cared about our function. The guys setting up the marquees and delivering the gear to us were great the stayed right to the bitter end we shouted the staff a feed and beers cause we were so impressed. And it's a bonus knowing that these guys are kiwi owned and operated

Fantastic service and very helpful. Dave went out of his way to provide all extras I needed at short notice, and nothing was a problem. We had glowing reports from all at our event regarding the equipment and service. Highly recommended!!

The worst customer service I've seen in a long time. The product hired was worn and not like the pictures. The staff rude and couldn't even stay till closing time at 5pm for me to return the hire. When I called up running late she said I'm out the door at 5" so at 4.57 I wasn't surprised no one was there. My bond hasn't been returned either"

I hired some stuff for a wedding. Changed my order a couple of times and the staff were very helofull. When I picked up my order. The colour of the runners and overlay was wrong. I ordered lilac, but received pink. They kindly replaced it and gave me a refund.Thanks for your great and friendly service.

DO NOT HIRE FROM HERE. Hired tables and chairs for a party and they gave me a table with missing peices and have taken the bond and are trying to charge me extra for one missing piece which they looked for as soon as I returned the equipment... disgusting

I used pulse party and event hire for my Hens due, I cant stress enough how helpful the ladies were, every request of detail I made, they met and exceeded 110%. They were punctual, and had my cowgirl themed night all set and ready well before guest arrived. Highly recommend these guys A++
