Quite possibly the worst customer service i've ever experienced. I was called straight back when i requested an 'instant quote' the person didn't announce who he was or what company he was from, didn't actual have a number prepared and it was more was like i was talking to someone off the street doing a dodgy dealing. He got details completely wrong and when i chased up he had me put on hold for 2 minutes when he had called me. I wrote a complaint on the website and they have since apologized, however I feel this doesn't excuse anything. The management of the company needs address this. The professional image that website shows vs what you get on the phones is night and day.

SUPER SKETCHYvery unprofessional company. i told them not to come because a different company was coming. they kept calling me from different numbers with different company names. they were harassing me to sell them the car and wouldn’t take no for an answer. the guy still showed up after i told him not to come 3 times and stood outside my car. very sketchy and untrustworthy.

Poor communication.. Had plans to meet.. then he didn't show up. Texted the next day saying he'll be there that afternoon.. was late .. but he showed nonetheless. came over and looked at the car. Told us $800 and to take it into the shop. Took it in and another guy tried to low ball at $500..Took it somewhere else and got $700.Make sure to take a look around. There are a few wreckers that are on the same street that can beat their price.

Purchased a part that was subsequently not required. Took the part back within 5 days for a refund. Expected a restocking fee, but no, sorry, no refunds. We'll except there was no sorry. This was after 3 visits to get the part in the first place. Told to come back twice before the part was available. Sorry cant recommend this trader

Shameless operator, told me $300 for my car on the phone, I delivered the vehicle to them within 10 minutes, then he said he would only offer $220. No integrity and no honor. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Had a great experience with this company. Great communication, quick and easy. Would definitely use them again

Shameless operator, sent me a broken car part, after that I called him that it is broken he did not accept and told it is broken on the way. But after that I told him there is not any broken piece inside the pocket he had to accept and ask me to return it to us. I posted it, but they did not refund my money. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
