When the vehicle was picked up it had a flat battery - the lights had been left on! So we are up for a new battery as well as the excess paid ($400)! Only half the agreed job was completed (the bumper was done but not the side panel). We were told the office lady had telephoned to confirm the extent of the job but no such phone call was received. We will not be using them again, ever.

Had to get my viper cowl replaced cuz of some rust. Got a few quotes but Judd & Charles were the quickest to quote and the more competitive. Works were booked in and completed with a super quick turnaround!Def recommend. Carl was super professional!

My ‘97 Ford Festiva failed its WOF due to an unsecure internal back tailight. Went to these panelbeaters - he took back light apart, replaced a broken internal clip, glued it all back together, stuck tape on outside, advised to leave for 24 hours - 15 minutes’ work - no charge!! I was blown away!! Judd and Charles Panelbeaters - you rock!!

Good quote re cost of repair to damage to car. Next day drop off car 8.30am. Picked up same day repair to bumper and sprung panel. No painting required. Price paid less than quoted. Good service.
