We love Ngaio Playcentre. Beautiful centre, lovely people, and plenty of learning. At Playcentre I've gained a much greater understanding of my daughter's play and behaviour, so I can support her as she grows. We now have our son there too, and he is loving being exposed to the Playcentre environment from an early age.

Fantastic location and facilities. My son has so much fun on session. The parents on duty are always on hand providing exciting interesting play for the children, and supporting them in their adventures. We love being a part of Ngaio Playcentre!

When my older son (now 11) was 4, a woman in a shop complimented me on how positively I was directing his behaviour. I immediately felt, and wished I could show her, the invisible group of amazing women standing right behind me, all of whom I'd learnt from at Ngaio Playcentre, where my son was having so much fun in child-directed play.Older son is now doing fantastically well at school & teachers always note his enquiring mind, ability to get along with others and willingness to get involved: characteristics that got a very strong foundation at Playcentre. Now that we have a much younger son and are back there, I can also tell how much I learnt about parenting from Playcentre the first time around.If you work part time or are a full time parent, then Playcentre is unmissable.
