Regal are the best. Professional. Great attitude and great communication.I went to Bentley initially and had the worst customer service and experience from the owner. They were rude and non responsive and basically the worst.Always go to Regal and never to Bentley.

Good friendly service!It was explained to me that they might not be able to remove the stain from the pants I wanted cleaned and I was fine with that since it was a very old stain.As it turns out the stain did not come out. Since they explained this to me beforehand I was okay paying for the service but it would have been nice with a little discount.

Excellent, polite, well mannered, friendly, respectful staff, who offer very clear explanations about whats offered, how to look after items, and just very efficient service. Ive had very basic to very special items cleaned here, and very happy each time. Recently I took a special item in, and was talked through options and realised it didnt need dry cleaning, and was very happy with the advice, explanation, and that I could choose not to go ahead because that was the right thing to do, and it makes me even more inclined to go back when it does finally need that service, because I trust they will advise me what is actually needed for each item individually. Very glad to have such good service.

My beautiful white designer jacket had a large stain on the front. Regal meticulously removed the delicate crystal buttons, cleaned the jacket perfectly and re-sewed the buttons back on. My jacket looks like new again. Also the service was friendly and efficient. Thrilled with my experience.
