Ngaire, Lee and the team at Arrow Property Management have been working with us as Landlords for over ten years.During that time we have found Arrow to be professional, diligent and 100% focused on doing a great job.Managing our tenants, we found Arrow to be very fair while looking after our interests as Owners of the properties they manage. Arrow also have quite a realm of trades people to call upon as any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly to minimise disruption to the tenancy overall.We have been very fortunate to have had Arrow Property Management support us as Landlords. A great team to have on board in Property Management.

We have used Arrow Property Management for the past 12 years and cannot speak highly enough of their professional and wonderful care and attention to our rental and tenants. They completed and reported every few months after inspections; looked after our tenants and communicated above and beyond expectation. Each time anything needed fixing they helped out with contacting the best of contractors and sorted things as soon as possible. Payments were never behind - and they could be relied on each month. Cannot speak highly enough of Ngaire and Lee - you are the best!!

The entire Team as Arrow Property Management have been nothing short of amazing. Regular inspections are carried out and we receive a report on how the inspection went. If anything needs repair this would be brought to our attention so we could give permission for them to arrange any maintenance/repairs as and when required. Its hard to 100% trust someone else with your business however I can safely say that we 100% trusted Arrow Property. Thankyou Team for always being there for us and the tenants. Management, landlords and tenants all working together definately help things to run smoothly.

I am writing this review as a tenant. Arrow Property managed the rental at the tail end of our tenancy. I wish they managed the property from day one, going back four years ago.Ngaire and Lee have been very responsive to messages and emails. Any maintenance job was followed up in a prompt manner. We received feedback from them about how well we looked after the house, which was greatly appreciated.I had a lot of dealings with Lee who I found to be personable. She always considered our views and took on any feedback about the house and issues that needed work. I felt heard and felt my opinion was valued.I highly recommend Arrow Property Management and commend their services.
