99 Bikes was professional from the time I made the phone call through to having the bike handed to me. The bike mechanic, Ollie was thorough in checking and found a problem I hadn't seen. They didn't charge me. He explained that I didn't need to be a replacement chain but needed to lubricate it. Their integrity in bike-service and generosity in sharing their expert knowledge is much appreciated. Kia kaha 99 Bikes!

I just want to give a special shout out to Kim. I walked into the shop with zero knowledge and Kim was patient, knowledgeable and happy to help. I felt so bad for taking up so much of his time! I felt good about my purchase and I cannot wait to be out and about on my new bike. Highly recommended to anyone who is perhaps as clueless as I am about bikes.

I've finally gone and purchased myself an Ebike. After much procrastination (9 months), I settled on a Merida Espresso 400 Low Step. The guys were so helpful with not only the choice, getting me to test ride, but took the time to understand what I was going to use it for. I'm so happy with the end result. They've also sorted me out with the class to learn all about taking care of it etc

totally cool. didn’t get uptight and ask me for my passport or birth certificate or screenshots of my mother’s maiden name when i was picking up some patches i bought online.listened politely to my 5 punctures on kepa road in one day story.nice shop.
