I was very happy with the service provided. She was quick, friendly and did a fine job with altering a dress that was not an easy fix, plus a jacket, for a reasonable price. I would use this service again.

Good price and amazing work!

I visited on recommendation, but didn't check reviews first. Wish I had. I took 5x large curtains all to be hemmed exactly the same length. The whole experience was quite traumatic after having to return to the seamstress 3x to ask her to correct, and unable to face her after 3 wrong attempts. Only one curtain is the right length and I am now having to do the ther 4 myself. See holes from previous attempts. I am sorry to the owner, but perhaps this is not your best work!!She struggled understanding my measurement (one) in cm, which should have been a red flag. Total cost me $500 which I am gutted to have paid, as I am now slowly redoing these curtain hems myself. (picture is of one I did myself and the hem of another.) Sorry, this just doesn't sit well with me at all.

Requested a patch over the knee area of my pants to cover holes and future wear. It took ages and when I got it back it was two different size patches in a different spot on each knee. Looks horrible. Should have just thrown the pants away and saved the $40 repair cost

If you want alterations done, then this is definitely NOT the place. I went to get 3 pairs of pants shortened. When I walked in, she was on the phone. She never got off the phone the whole time I was there. While measuring my pants for the length and at the same time on the phone, she sort of said, I am on the phone to my friend". I did not mind it but found it absolutely rude and weird because it is not something that I would do; especially if there was a customer present. I came back for my pants the next day. I got home and tried it and it was still far too long!! My daughter even made a comment if she did shortened it. It did not look as if anything was done. I went back the next day (Wednesday) to get it re-done but there was a sign saying

I really needed to fix zipper for my indian gown. She was amazing she fixed it within 2 hours and it was well done. Highly recommend her.

Despite reading the previous reviews, I thought given the good price offered here I'd give it a shot. No sign of rudeness at all. Admittedly the shop interior is not the tidiest or flashest place but I went there for alterations, not fine dining. Job done is less than 3 hours at a very god prices. Will definitely be back.

Very rude. $10 pant shortening is admittedly a good deal but the sole woman owner/tailor is very terse, pays no attention to detail, messy work station, ugly interiors, no customer service skills whatever. Very unpleasant experience. Happy to pay slightly more for a better service somewhere else. Definitely not recommended.

Pramila is very very rude. She shortened my trousers to the wrong length and charged me again to fix her own mistake. She does not listen and goes straight to arguing if a customer wants to say sometging. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible. The $10 for pant alterations is misleading. All we wanted is for a stretchy cuff on the bottom of pants to be taken off. The woman then claimed it would be $30. When we said we don’t want to pay that right now she said “well I could have charged you $40”. We left the pants there anyway because we didn’t want to argue but she called us 2 days later saying we need to hurry up and collect them. Do not give your money to this business. Go somewhere else and get quality service for that sort of price
