What a strange experience..Took my wheels in for a tune up service with flat tires. When I picked up the wheels, a week later than promised, I got handed one of them with a flat tire still, the owner saying 'oh looks like there's a flat' and then got defensive when I asked what work actually got done on them. They replaced the tube and I paid the $70 service fee.Once home I went to put the wheels on my bike and realised that the free hub wasn't engaging at all, and could see some new grease in the hub. When I took the wheels back to Koops to see what the deal was I got told it couldn't have been them and that the free hub was stuffed and needed replacing, which they would have to order in.I then took the wheel to EVO cycles and they cleaned the bearings (which should've been replaced with the Koops service) and put it all back together and now working fine.I'll let you draw your own conclusions from this but my money will be spent elsewhere.

Most professional and capable bike shop I have ever used. Great team of people who really care about getting your bike sorted and not shy of going the extra mile. Unreservedly recommend using Phil and the team at Koops Cycles for all your bike needs!

These guys are totally awesome and professional... not only in general servicing, but responding to emergencies, like a 2-inch cut through a tyre and tube whilst out riding. Fixed immediately and back on the road in less than 5 minutes without argument, complaint or debate. Makes for a happy rider! Well done guys, love your work! And that's why they're my preferred service providers...

Disappointed to say the lest. Requested quote for dropper seat and was quoted price. When I went to uplift bike there was an additional $80 Tech fee . The reason you request a quote is to budget for work requested, from a professional. Very disappointed with additional expense.

Excellent service and advice. Same day repairs and really knowledgeable staff.

The owner was more than helpful with my bike repairs and found spare parts rather than having to buy new.

Salesperson wasn't pushy, was knowledgable and took the time to listen to our needs. Also offered to deliver our bike purchases to our home. We had shopped around and found the pricing to be fair with the addition of being able to change the tyres (on a new bike) to what we wanted at no extra cost. A good retailer to purchase from. Recommend.
