Steph was great completing site check after asbestos removal, easy to deal with. Steph was also flexible on timing and came earlier as we wanted to get the builder started ASAP to keep our dog in. She was also a big hit with my dog who wanted to give her lots of kisses (sorry about that). All documents were sent through within hours of checking the site. Very efficient and responsive- thoroughly recommend!
