Unichem Forte Pharmacy & Post

Rude and got home to realise not only was I charged $15 per script including paracetamol which is cheaper at the supermarket (!) But my codeine script for 30 came as 20. Very unprofessional.

I have started using Unichem Forte since moving into the central city and have found the staff to be very helpful when offering advice. They are a friendly bunch and always happy to help. :)

Rude staff, bad attitude, and script meds price hike? Just come to this pharmacy after my surgery to pick up few meds, I thought they would be subsidised. Should have followed my discharge instructions and not made decisions within 24 hrs of my surgery. If the pharmacy staff dont want to be there then dont be there, do something thatll make you happy. Like not working in a Pharmacy where you interact with customers.

You will always receive excellent service from the lovely ladies at Unichem Fotre Pharmacy. They are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you

I do not like to give poor reviews but I feel as though Unichem at Forte' Health needs much needed feedback.Yesterday, I collected my wife from Forte' Health after a procedure that she had done. The nurse recommended we collect from the Unichem pharmacy for the meds. As we did not have a prescription, we did not know what had been prescribed. All it was, was paracetamol, Tramadol and Diclofinac. I was charged $45 for the script. This is just pure greed, they are all subsidised medication, one can be purchased cheaper in any pharmacy over the counter.I am aware that you have additional charges/overheads but that is just robbery.I also had a read up on your other reviews and I see the same experience of customer service I also encountered, a rude, dismissive and just horrible lady serve us. You either need training in customer service or need a new job which does not have any interaction with the public.If you worked for my company, you would be looking for a new job today.I get you have overheads but charging 3 times more than 90% of what other Pharmacies charge is not right, specially when you get topped up for the prescription.I will use another pharmacy from now on!

What is up with this woman's attitude?? So rude and totally unnecessary. I had not tried this pharmacy before and I can guarantee you never again either.

Lady behind the counter should not work in customer service. She had short dark hair and was tallish.I have never been so rudely spoken to before. I normally have such lovely interactions there but her service was so bad I had to leave without sending my parcel. I needed assistance with the parcel and she basically told me off like a school child and didn't offer any help. When i asked for a bit of paper she basically threw it at me and didn't offer a pen. She was equally as rude to the people before me, and all customers were seeing these interactions.

Wonderful, helpful team. Always a pleasure to call in and see a smiling face.

I've gone here for flu vaccinations, refills, and general purpose visits. Handy location, especially if you're going to SCL, or one of the specialists at Forte. Good parking, quiet location and the team are very professional. Also, their Facebook page was useful for flu-jab updates.

Walked across town to get an item posted home as we are from out of town. My partner asked the front counter for their opinion on what we should do as we hadn't got it wrapped. The response was rude and along the lines to make my partner feel dumb, we were told that no nz post shop would have anything to wrap our gift and we would have to go buy something. We both left in a bad mood and went to the warehouse brought a whole bunch of stuff to wrap at Eastgate before we went to the east gate nz post shop where a nice lady told us they could have wrapped it and had all the equipment available to do so. Cheers unichem for putting a damper on our holiday.
