Once again multiple staff see us and continue walking. No one proactively approaches us when looking for architrave. Went to front desk as couldn't get help no PA call just told go to trade desk only to have to wait ages for the girl to call someone to help. Well the guy came down the aisle and after asking if i knew sizes which I did literally told me he wasnt able to help no going to get someone more knowledgeable 2nd store in same day owned by same people where I have walked out with no help and empty hands. Never returning again as staff seemed to tush past with lunchbox but not rush to help if I could do a zero star review I would.

Love Mitre 10 Mega stores. Had to go to Napier store today after checking the website as they had everything I wanted buy. The staff are most helpful & got a palette to put all the storage cabinets I wanted & then took them down to drive through for me, arranging a trailer for me & loading my purchases onto the trailer for me. Thanks heaps Mitre 10 Mega Napier

Very frustrating shopping here because to get to the check out you have to navigate several narrow lanes which are often very busy. Having coffee there is not easy either. Entry is OK but leaving through the checkouts is a nuisance. It is obvious to me why management have done this.

Has to be hands down my favorite shop.Every is so cheap and great quality.If its in my shed can guarantee this mega lads sold it to me lol.Ive also had to return a couple things from time to time and the refund comes in almost straight away! Keep it up team

Plenty of everything, but be alert to pseudo specials. Prices can be deceptive and it pays to shop around. I alsTried to return broken secateurs that were still within warranty. Front counter staff refused to replace them without a receipt (claiming the importer insisted on it). I emailed the importer of Wolf Garten and I received a replacement secateurs next day. The upshot of this is that I will always be a loyal customer of Wolf garten equipment, but I sure as hell won't be buying them at Mitre 10 again.
