I gave 5 stars because Michelle in New Plymouth store is so fantastic, I need quite few curtains but have no idea about how to get the correct ones , she is so patient and professional, helping me go through all my windows sizes and collect each right size curtain & accessory for me. Take her a quite while serving me , her great service making the purchase very easy & clear.Pleasant! Really appreciate.

Staff are quick to dismiss you. Ones you do talk to dont have a clue and wont get someone who does know because they dont know who it is.Cant even ring the store which is pretty useless really.And a couple of the staff made up pretty pathetic excuses, I’ll take my money elsewhere

FANTASTIC service with this novice curtain creator! Kerry from the New Plymouth store today was a wonderful help, I know next to nothing about curtains and once I asked for help Kerry assisted me and saved me hundreds of dollars I would’ve wasted putting the wrong weight curtains on a lesser pole… so grateful for the help xxxx highly recommend this store

I was in a queue behind two other people and the customer being served was taking quite a while and the staff member at the other counter (who had just finished serving someone) just walked past us without offering to serve us. When I asked she said that due to covid they only had one till open, however there are other counters in the store and she could have offered to serve us there. Another staff member overheard and did offer to serve at another counter, but the attitude of the staff member ignoring us and then going to a display area and talking to another staff member about something she had bought was extremely rude.

Very busy...can get crowded..lots of stock and space limited but we'll laid out and over all a pleasant shopping experience.
