Cleaning needs to be better .People swimming and going to the sauna in their trousers and T-shirt is unacceptable. Cafe is lovely staff members are very nice but needs to be cleaned more .Always looks very dirty (tables and floor)

It has been a few years since we last visited Baywave. Nice to see the new added family rooms by the learn to swim pool and the added aqua play area beneath the hydroslide. Although the water was cool in the aqua play area, the centre itself was very warm, as were all the pools. It was school holidays so anticipated it to be very full, which it was but my teenage son, 8yr old cousin and my 2yr old had a wonderful time and we found we still had space to move about.Changing rooms are generous size and we really enjoyed the hydroslide and wave pool. Would recommend and hopefully it won't be years before we return again.

First time visitor during school holidays. I took my two grandchildren aged 12 and 9 years. After three hours of fun fun fun, I had to drag them away. There's a general swimming area with waves every 20 minutes for 10 minutes, lap/lane training pool, a variety of slides/tubes, walk the plan pirate ship, bombing zone, random water jets, a shop, eatery and more... Numerous lifeguards posted strategically and actively keeping an eye on safety. Suitable for all ages. Highly recommended!

The family changing rooms in the kids swimming area are absolutely disgusting, mold all over the shower wall aswell as huge clumps of hair scattered over the floor/walls. Literally looks like the cleaners haven’t been in for weeks on end. Felt awful putting my daughter on the change table as that was dirty too. Such a shame as it used to be a lovely place to swim.

Great option for a rainy or sunny day. With a wave pool that runs every 30 mins, a kids water play area and a Hydro-slide, it will keep the kids entertained for hours. There is also a spa and sauna for additional cost. There is a cafe on site and ample parking on site

I have been going to Aqua classes at Baywave and have been impressed.The classes attract a lot of people and the instructors do a great job.There are a range of different Aqua classes daily.They have a great SPA and Sauna Rooms.The showers etc are always clean and they have a great little cafe. You can also purchase swimwear and accessories onsite and there is plenty of parking.I am yet to try out the Gym.Highly recommended.

Great facility & they make it so easy to run competitions at. Wish there was more pool side space for our larger competitions but we make it work.Discovered that they have a swimwear dryer on the way into the change rooms. Very cool concept.

Great facility for kids. However very disappointed when you pay for 4 children to do hydro slide and other kids are doing it without paying. No one checking for wrist band. What a joke!! Get your self sorted!!! So basically just pay for general admission and not for hydro slide!!
