Auckland Body Corporate

I had a rather stressful experience whilst in the process of selling our apartment at 'THE CONNAUGHT which is managed by the Auckland Body Corporate.As it happened

We made the decision to move to Auckland Body Corporate 4 years ago mostly due to the poor service we were receiving from our current provider. We are a body corporate of 40 units.In that time we have been managed initially during the change over by Roger Shepherd and then we were (last year) appointed a team situation where we could deal with either Roger or Agnita who were both able to quickly deal with situations and remedy matters.Auckland Body Corporate seem to have very solid internal processes to ensure a quick turn around on matters and clear communication. Nothing seems to be an issue and in our experience if we cant get hold of our manager another quickly responds by phone or email.

They charged me for a bill twice, and promised me to look into it a week ago, till now, I haven't heard from them at all, no reply to my emails. Their promise seems so unreliable.This is not the first time !!!I wish I could change to another body coperate with better service and wish to give ZERO star to this company.Not recomended at all !!!!After 1 star review made, on the next day, Chris immediately called me and explained what happened and arranged the refund. So changed to 3 stars now.

Having worked alongside Chris Newman for 6 years, I can highly recommend him as a competent and highly effective Body Corporate Manager.
