Worst store ever visit in Auckland, rude staff , zero management, no policy for the return and exchange. Specifically the manager he is so bad and speaking abusive language . We bought a vape product and it is not working properly and they are telling us that we have to change coal in every 3-4 days and in everything they are telling us its our mistake. Also, i emailed them 2 weeks ago no reply from them and then we visited store 3-4 times . Everytime they say come tomorrow. I wasted my money and time. I would recommend no one buy anything from this shosha store dominion road.

Highly unprofessional staff and customer service! Had been there with a couple of my friends! I think we disturbed the staff by entering the store at the wrong time, cause they were doing important things in the store like playing PUBG! Anyways never gonna go back to the store! Advice to others please don't disturb the staff! Cause they will be frustrated anyways

Very unprofessional staff, busy playing PUBG while attending us and gave bad advice to 3 of us. The staff at Shosha in City Centre is way more professional and more knowledgeable than these 2 arrogant girls working here. Very dissatisfied and wasted our money with bad flavours that we purchased.

The service was brilliant and worth 5 stars!This place loses 2 stars for over-charging on items, namely the Smok Prince clearmiser glass. This item is sold by Kiwi Vape for half the price. If you factor in the price of postage from Kiwi Vape, Shosha still loses. And, never mind the cost of petrol.
