Just wanted to do a shout out to Aaron Caville and the team at BestU, just finished 12 week program which a mate of mine Aaron talked me into (he's good at that)! but glad he did because to be honest I'm the best shape I've been since rugby days down 10kgs to my playing weight of 106kgs..Program works for me because I hate letting people down and the daily text is the difference between yeah nah and let's smash it.Diet becomes a lifestyle and I still drink and have cheat days.Thanks mate appreciate the time you take out of your day to text.Do the Mahi over winter summer is coming, hit Aaron up!
