La caissière du magasin d'Hamilton n'a pas enlevé les security tags (antivols) sur les vêtements ! Retour obligatoire dans un magasin Jay Jays sur Auckland pour les enlever (contrainte liée à notre voyage organisé par avance)... Ou comment mettre le client touriste dans une situation compliquée !

Rude service! All staff chatting to each other when I came in to buy some socks. No greeting or can I help you so I proceeded to look at socks from the side of the counter where I could view and access. No help or contact. Then when I went to pay for them I was told that I should not have gone behind the counter as there was private documents there! A bit late for that! Well maybe that’s where she should have placed herself doing her job!!???Your loss of business. Reflect on your own service before telling off customers would be my advice.
