Ordered online a bouquet for a farewell for my colleague. I called them in the morning to confirm the pick-up time as I did not have any contact from them - the first thing I was asked was how much the flower was. Not the name or order number which I felt kind of rude way of talking to a customer by asking the price they purchased. They used glitters on the flowers which I was not expecting and did not like personally as it made them look artificial.

Very happy with the flowers. I walked in, told my budget, which flowers I want and ended up with an impressive bunch of flowers.Best price in town, other places easily selling the same stuff for way more. Pic is of flowers 2 days in.

Astina is such a lovely and friendly florist. I ordered a birthday bouquet for my Mum from overseas and she helped me making sure everything is taken care of. The flower was much better than what I saw on the website. Highly recommending her products and service.
