Spoke to your supervisor today on the phone she was super rude. I wanted to buy burswut sausages in bulk she said there was none in stock. We drove all the way from Warkworth to Manukau and you guys had in stock!!! From now il shop at Costco

These guys have really sorted out their act - prices are exceptional, it is easy to shop and it has everything I'm after - seriously good value

The lady filling up the sauces in the first aisle, I asked her for help to find chilli sauce but she was so rude and she literally said to me,cant you see it is in front of you and used abusive language. One of the worst experience ever in gilmours manukau."

For the things they have, its a great place to shop! You don't find everything here, but your main items are in bulk for a good price!

Bulk food supermarket. Great place to shop for businesses or if you are hosting events, parties, shop in bulk or have a big family etc.The prices are so and so. Somethings are cheaper then regular supermarkets and others aren’t. So you need to be diligent. GST is added at checkout so the sticker you see on the shelf isn’t the final price.The frozen section is always a highlight. You can buy large frozen cakes, bags of fries, fish fillets, pastries, meat and more. Sometimes they have meat on clearance. The prices are really good and you can walk away with some great savings.From my understanding, you need to be a member to shop there and to be a member you need to be a registered business. This was the policy 10 years ago when I signed up. Things might have changed now.

This place is massive and great for all those who buy in bulk or does food business! Everything you need is here, and staff are helpful too.It has a new lay out which is better than before and you can easily navigate around the store too. It is now open for public just make an account with them!Well, some items i find cheaper at paknsave though, remember to shop/search around first to get the best price. Otherwise, i highly recommend for you to try buying here!

Usually find a good buy here but I wasn't impressed with the attitude of the lady that said Are you going to buy that" to me when I picked up a loose disposable glove to see if it was what I was after before putting a box in my cart; as if to insinuate I was the one whom opened it.When I said it was already open she scoffed at me and turned around and carried on... no apology

Great full to the two lovely ladies who helped me out in the frozen food department- no ribs were out front so they had a look out back for me- and the search for the ribs could have easily ended there but they asked me if I was ok to wait a while so they can check the container- seemed like a big job cause I could see in there faces but they said good chance there’ll be some there- 10 min later, they wheel out a trolley full of boxes of rib racks I needed for my buisness- high fiving each other cause they got some and for me it was a feel good moment- they could have easily told me there were none out the back and I would’ve been on my way out, but they went on an honest search and I am very great full they did- thank you for going the extra mile ladies, I would’ve come back to ask for your names but was feeling a little weird and didn’t wanna be annoying after I offered to get you ladies some powerades or a hot drink ( which yous politely refused lol)- anyways thank you thank you thank you- saved our food sell for the week, hope this leads to something good for your effortsEl

Very organised as compared to other branches. Dairy and meat chillers are walk in so make sure you have something to keep you warm. Arrangement of the isles might be a little different from other braches
