With Auckland being in level 4 and doing our bit to limit our movements it has made the longing for biltong unbearable so i decided to try purchasing from the online store and chose the pickup option.Within seconds I got the purchase confirmation from the easy to use website and by the next day received my txt notification just after midday that my purchase was ready to be picked up. I have to stress what an easy breezy super fast process this was. It will definitely be my go to method of obtaining our much loved South African products. Thank you to the owners and staff for doing your bit in making level 4 much more pleasant.

Good customer service, however everything we purchased except the Cream Soda was expired which was a shame, a bit expensive to not be able to eat any of it. Just check the food dates before purchasing

Good shop to get imported products, big variety and friendly staffCompetitive prices on many of their products, huge variety of Biltong and Droe Wors including Chilli Bites, Hot Chilli Bites, Garlic Droe Wors, good quality and very enjoyable.If you want lots of different South African products, it is a good place to visit. Come support the local businesses during these tough times.Lots of new products available. Fresh meat available (sausage/wors) as well as Milk Tarts, Koeksusters, Peppermint Tarts etc.Interesting that they do not sell any alcohol anymore.

Neither me or my partner are South African but we love the droewors and biltong from here! It's perfectly made compared to other retailers we've been to. The store is far from where we live, but it's always worth the drive out. Would recommend to everyone

Every single time i call in for the quantity of a specific product, the say I must check online, but every time i order online, they dont have the stock. Last week I ordered 5 boxes ProNutro. They refund me for 4 and say they only have 1 box. Next day they said that was a mistake, they actually have 4 and should have refunded me only for 1 box and I must order again. Fed up of the hassles I didnt want to order again and let them send the 1 box only. Which i have never received. Emails and follow-up emails simply gets ignored. I am DONE with them.

Shop hours always wrong, staff seem to want you out of there soon as possible. Biltong is nothing special infact I would rate every other biltong shop on the shore higher than this.
