First contractor I think Ive ever had that got the job done early. Happy & impressed with workmanship and end result. House is warmer and better lit with aluminium frames than old wooden ones. Good communication, regular updates etc. Went the extra mile to do little things that wouldve been easy to skip. Cheers

I've now had the pleasure of dealing with R & B Glass twice now and each time has been an absolute pleasure and I have been very pleased with the work carried out as well as the professionalism of the staff. Several years ago I had the windows in the front of my house re-seated by another glass firm and despite trying twice as well as doing a very rough job, they couldn't get it right. I contacted Rene at R & B and he suggested a different method that has worked very well with no more issues since. Recently I contacted R & B again as I needed a specific piece of glass cut for a special project. The glass was cut exactly as required and ready when I needed it. I have no hesitation in recommending R & B Glass to anyone needing glazing work carried out.

First time I used these guys they were brilliant. Fast, reliable, did a good job. Second time I tried to use them real 'Jeckyl & Hyde' stuff - If you can’t do it / have no intention of attempting to get to the job just say. Delay and delay and delay.If you don’t come, just call or just send a message. Not that difficult bro.....

Phoned on 30th Aug, told by reception they were too busy. No alternative time given. Details taken with phone and email but haven't heard a thing. Try another glazier.

Really bad response rate and customer service - I've followed up a quote request three times and they haven't got back once. Even after I called and spoke to a person to ensure they got the email! Use someone else!

I couldn't recommend R&B Glass & Glazing more highly, and that's saying a lot given I'm a pedantic and practical engineer. I had R&B and one other glazing company work on my property at the same time. R&B did the downstairs, and the other company did the upstairs. While R&B's price was 25% higher, it was so worth it in the quality of the job and customer service. The other glazing company did a lousy job, despite touting themselves as being a professional glazing outfit, with their windows binding, and a massive list of defects which I ended up having to pay to fix. While R&B had some defects, they fixed these to my satisfaction for free, including a cosmetic issue which I'm sure lost them money. Rene and his workers are greater with customer service, had an eye for detail, and really cared about doing a good quality job. Great levels of trust in these guys. Top notch!!!

Helpful, knowledgeable and quick.

Great friendly service. I've been ordering toughened glass for table tops through these folks for a while now and they come through, whatever bizarre size I ask for, in very quick time and with great value. Thanks

Lack of customer service. If there was a lower rating than 1 star they would of got it. Rude and Unprofessional. STAY AWAY!
