We were very impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of the guys (Bill and Steve) who came out to work on our door. They were courteous, prompt, very knowledgeable and had our door working in no time. Highly recommended.

From start to finish a great job. Bill arrived to advise and a quote was provided shortly after. What a lovely man he is. Originally a builder and now 14 years with Dominator.We weren’t able to have a tilt-type door, because of the positioning of a large support beam, so Bill recommended a roller door.We chose a shiny black colour and a few weeks later Bill arrived to do the install. Bill removed our old heavy door (definitely not a Dominator!) and provided excellent training on operation and maintenance of the new one.The Rotorua Dominator back office is organised and efficient and the 50% deposit and final payment were both made online.As we have progressed with our house renovation we have certainly learned the difference between effective, easy to work with contractors and those who could present problems. I highly recommend Rotorua Dominator. You won’t regret your choice.

Wow!! that was first impression when I saw the garage door fully installed at the property. It looks amazing and the space that I have gained from what I had is quite noticeable. It far exceeded what I had envisaged. I am very impressed with the product, the service and above all the communication I received from Jacqui and the team at Dominator Garages Rotorua. They were so friendly and nothing was a problem as I found out. The interactions were seamless. This is the first house I've had with a garage door opener, took me 32 seconds to love it. When it stopped working, I simply had to get it fixed immediately. It took a week to get them here but I took that as a positive sign that they are busy. Much fancier and quieter than the old one. The old one was wired into the alarm system so they connected this one too so now I have extra remotes as well.Very professional, no boxes or mess left behind. Highly recommend.

Top service. Bill gave our door a service and temporary fix free of charge until he was able to return the following week to install a new motor. Jacqui in the office was also very lovely and understanding. Thoroughly recommend.

Rip Off and terrible customer service and rude lady on phone (Jacqui).They broke the power arm of my garage door while trying to replace the springs and provided me with a quote of (1k+ and 4 weeks wait) to change the power arms (broken by their technician) and also charged $110 on top for coming and breaking the power arm within 5 mins.Got the power arm and springs replaced through Davidsons within 3 days for 50% of quote provided by these guys.Will never ever recommend 'Dominator Garage Door' to anyone.5 star service and fantastic customer service from guys at Davidsons.
