Terrible customer service at the Christchurch branch.The person who is responding to the phone does not make any effort on giving support or informing about the timeframes of when the company will provide a response to a query.I've sent an email and for two weeks I was promised I would get a response and never got one. Once I called there they were never clear about when it would be possible to respond.All in all, it was a terrible experience and it is a shame not being able to get a response from them.
