Absolutely amazing customer service at Vish Beauty Bar at the base. I get my eyebrows waxed/threaded. I highly recommend them for all beauty needs. Thank you so much to Sandie and her team. 10/10

I was satisfied with the results of threading, brow and lash tint. The staff weren't overly friendly/didn't explain much but they were polite and professional and worked quickly. I was a walk-in (no appointment) but I didn't have to wait long. The price was very affordable. I would go again because I liked the result.

I would like my money back please. Tint was left on so I could not see the massive missing chunk of hair until I got home and washed my face. I'm left with ugly uneven brows. I contacted you by Facebook messenger and it looks like I have been blocked after you asked if I told the staff member I wasn't happy. Poor service, dirty and the staff member smelt of strong body odour. Please get back to me asap.

Amazing place to get your eyebrows done… This is the only place I go to now… I hope you guys extend your services in future and add waxing and stuff as well… Because you do an amazing job… Hardworking owner (Sandy), Just love her work… A++++

Amazing staff. Very professional , unfortunately it was very bright with no shade umbrella like in the past. It was super bright and made getting my waxing near unbearable due to the sun in my eyes. Summer will be even harder and super hot. I hope they get their umbrella back!

Went for eyebrow threading at 3pm and they said to come back in hour. I got booked at 4.15pm. At 3.40pm i got a call from an unknown number hello

Threaded my eyebrows so uneven, the lady was so rough and did them in such a rush (there werent any other customers waiting so not sure what the rush was for??!?) The bench station was also not clean. SOOOO disappointed with the service and my brows being messed up :( never going here again!! Wasted my $12 lmao.

I used this place for eyebrow tinting and it did not even last for a day very bad service please don't use this place if you don't want to waste your money. After I went to her to show her the result she says she doesn't know why this happened. Did not know how to handle this. Please shut down your business if you don't know to do the job.One week I understand but it did not last even 24 hrs I went and showed it to your staff and she agreed by saying I don't know what happened. Apologizing is not a solution. Offering to redo it as I paid for it would have been appropriate. Your overall review speaks for your service.
