Very disappointed with the service we were provided. We went to buy a wetsuit for kid. At the time the store doesn’t have the colour the kid loves, but we were ok to take the colour the store has in stock. The staff kindly offered us that he can place an order for us that will arrive 5-7 days. We told the staff the specific date we need the wetsuit for as the kid needs it for the surfing lesson. The staff firmly told us it will definitely arrive, if it’s not arriving we can still pick up the other colour that is in stock. So we paid for the wetsuit and placed the order. After a week we still haven’t received notification for the order picking up. So we went to the store to check. We were told it would arrive in another few days. That is after the day we need it. So we asked to take the other colour. The manager in charge told us we need to pay for the one we are picking up today at FULL price. When our order arrives, we can come and get a refund for the other one they ordered for us only at the price we originally paid (was on special 50% off). We would pick up the the other colour at the time if we were told we have to pay again at a different price. It wasn’t us requesting to place an order, we were given the offer and now we are told the offer is not valid anymore and we have to pay more if we still want it. This is ridiculous and unfair to us! You can’t make us to pay for your mistake!

Alejandro was very helpful and friendly to deal with, he managed to help me locate the exact fit of wet weather gear I was after, the item was fairly priced and the level of service was exemplary despite the store being somewhat busy, would definitely recommend coming here, Great work Alejandro, much appreciated

The male shop assistant with the weird haircut needs lessons on being a better 'assistant 'Not everyone is a thief.He made me feel like a was going to steal.He discriminated against me by the way I was dressed.Customer lost,with staff like that how many customers have been made to feel that way?

Very friendly staff. Always liked Mountain Warehouse products, usually a good price for a great product. Have shopped with them for years in the UK to bring hiking stuff over on holiday here and now living here buying for the kids too.

What's up with the Mountain Warehouse shop layout? Surely it has to be a safety concern?Too much product confined in such small spaces and St Luke's is no different! Very narrow aisles, over stocked for the space, Very dangerous in an emergency!.We ended up leaving frustrated and went elsewhere. Not our first time!.

I was at the counter and while it was 5 minutes till closing time the girl at the counter was talking to her friend on the phone. Like the reviewer below me she didn’t even wait til i was out of the shop or fold up my purchase to put it in the bag, she stuffed it in there and started talking to her friend (she was speaking in hindi to her on the phone and it wasn’t another staff member), i asked her a question before leaving but she couldn’t serve me - she could talk on the phone though.

Very poor service girl was on her phone the whole time even when I stood at the counter she didn't stop untill I questioned her. Went looking for hiking shoes and only had two pair in my size but awful colors. Won't go back.

Credits and stars to St Lukes mall outlet team, specially for the New Caledonia girl. Went there with my kids aged 8 and 3 in the stroller and I spend nearly 30 minutes and the New Caledonia girl was super helpful and friendly. Never felt this warm in any store recently. Again after 2 days I went there for an exchange still the girls were super friendly and helpful. Thanks. If mountain warehouse management team read this please give our super star badge to them.

This month we've been to all three AKL stores multiple times (for a lot of family winter/ski shopping) and ended up buying most of the items from you. We had a great experience from a bunch of friendly staff who showed utmost care for their customers which lacked in other places unfortunately. Keep up the good work guys. You shine bright and wish you all the best!
