Absolutely brilliant volunteers! I was recommended to come here to sort out my son's first bike as it had some parts missing and the seat was ripped. They gladly repaired it and offered loads of advice on how to adjust it for growth and size and only wanted a koha (donation) in return! Will be back again, thank you so much guys!

One-stop shop for all your bike problems. Found this fantastic place in New Lynn. You can take your bike here and get your service done. Talented professional. It's free. If you wish you can give Koha. Plenty of nearby car parking. Appreciate this wonderful place in Auckland.

They are very friendly and specially Shannon was really helpful I called him star :) The best place to visit if you need to repair your bike. It's a very nice way to help community at large and encouraged them to get involved in healthy lifestyle.

This kid - and I mean like a 12 year old, literally a kid - fixes my bike. In 23 seconds flat he completely dismantled the rear hub. At 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem. And 10 minutes later for the price of a new $20 chain it was better than it’s ever been. Legend of a place.

I purchased 2 bikes from TradeMe and being a novice on Mt biking, I thought I'd get some expert opinion on the condition of the bikes from someone before I take them for a ride on the Woodhills. I was welcomed by Rob who took me through, in detail, some of the basic bike health checks and the measures to take to maintain the bike. I learnt how to clean the chain and lubricate it, tune and adjust the disc brakes and gears, and fix minor issues to keep the bike in a healthy shape. He advised me whether I should get the bike serviced or not which I'm sure most novice bikers cannot decide sometimes given that it could cost much. All of this at no cost was a surprise, so make sure you donate to this great team and their initiative.

We headed down to the bike hub for some advice and ended up spending the whole morning down there fixing our bikes assisted by Bike Hub's wonderful staff and volunteers. What a wonderful place and initiative. I'll be heading down there again. So much to learn including from Finn who at 14 had so much to teach this 52 year old.Matt
