I was really disheartened when I couldn't return a sale item I had purchased online or even swap it out for another one instore. I did know this when I ordered online but when I received the item I felt it didn't look like the item online and it was a couple of sizes too big. I really want to support small businesses but these kinds of policies put me off.

horrible...hice el pago de unos zapatos que iban a ser para una ceremonia y nunca llegaron, me propusieron devolverme la mitad del dinero.....una auténtica estafa.
