These guys are excellent! We had an unexpected toilet issue that needed to be repaired in a matter of days to meet the deadline for the sale of our property. To make things more complicated, the toilet that needed repair was OLD and parts were no longer available. After several consultations, good old kiwi ingenuity was used to come up with an excellent solution. The job was completed earlier than promised, and the cost was very reasonable. Dave and Gerry from Laser conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome! We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber! Solar water heating system failed, water temp on roof up to 130°……Laser plumbing were responsive on the phone 3x and ended up sending a plumber the same day. He discovered that the pump sounded like it was working whilst it was not. Had the foresight to bring a spare pump > installed the new pump > panic gone within one working day! Thanks, great work.
