Auckland Co-op Taxis

I came from christchurch, my phone was dead and I stuck at a countdown supermarket close Auckland Airport early this morning. I was not able to connect my husband and friends. Luckily I found a Auckland Co-op taxi parked outside countdown. I ask the driver (an Indian gentleman) to help. I'm not his customer, however he spent about half hour to contact my husband and told me don't worry, all his company's driver could help me if necessary, I feel so lucky to meet such kind person in the dark early morning. Thanks ( sorry, I forgot ask his name). Good staff, good company.

I get a cab every morning to work and the service started out great. Came every day and had no issues with the drivers or call service, but it’s coming up to two months and it’s absolute rubbish now. No one tells you if you don’t have a taxi coming for you, they just won’t show if no one is around, the call centre staff have made errors on my bookings multiple times - even after I call in a second time to make sure it’s correct. Most of them are pleasant but some are rude and clearly don’t care about the actual service they’re providing. I can’t drive because of disability and I start work before the buses run so this is really the only way I can get to work. They were so great but now it’s a nightmare every morning wondering if I’ll have a can to work or not.

Beware of this reckless driver driving HWE325, an indian guy wearing black turban. Turning left abruptly without signalling. I don’t know how did this driver got his drivers license. I hope the management will be more selective on hiring courteous road user driver.

A big thank you to Navin! A real asset to Auckland Co Op taxis. He has been taking my Dad who has recently been diagnosed with Dementia to all his appointments/meetings and even worked in with me to bring him across Auckland to visit family. We have had real peace of mind knowing that my Dad was being looked after so well over the last few months. Thank you!

Auckland co-op taxis, driver's can be a hit or miss customer service wise. The one's that give me awesome customer service, obviously I will book them for future business. Consistency across the board would be great, as well as trusting that you customer you've picked up isn't going to jump the cab for a free ride. Unlike one cabbie 50 Garry, I experienced, last Friday night 21.05.2023 who even checked my company chit card had sufficient funds on it before leaving for my destination and no apology afterwards.

We had booked a taxi for 5.30pm pickup all confirmed. No show and at 5.45pm when we called, they said they would try and get a taxi for us but could give no time for it's arrival. Simply not good enough. Rubbish service that we won't be using again. Given this service, it is easy to see why services like Uber are such a success

My mum used this taxi only because she was injured at work and got provided with this taxi. The taxis are late most of the time, very unreliable especially if you have to be somewhere at a certain time eg school, work etc. Drivers are the rudest and the complaints department Is pathetic.On this particular day taxi was booked for 10.15pm, only to be arriving at 11pm that’s when my mums shift starts, the operator and complaints department said that the driver had lost his way, he then asked my mum for the directions on the way to her work and was extremely rude to her. Avoid using this taxi service. 0 stars deserved. Worst taxi service in Auckland, never a good experience.

An honest review from someone who is dealing with loss, from a company who has absolutely no idea how big of an impact showing compassion and decency is.I would like to leave no stars, however that is not an option. No stars deserved anyway.As human beings, you would think one would stop to check or even look back to see what had just happened after a driver of yours was driving recklessly on a residential street. Given that this community is so tight knit neighbours came pouring in to see what had happened.As a human being, it’s common sense that if you see someone hurt or you hurt someone or had broken someone’s property you would check to see if that person is hurt or whatever you had touched is damaged, but no.No luck from the driver that caused our family nothing but pain and grief.We ask that you give your drivers the proper training they need to serve people, regardless of whether they are passengers or not. We ask that the proper procedures are put in place for drivers who aren’t familiar with residential areas that the level of speed they are travelling at is safe.Lastly, be a decent human being and be kind. Showing that you care is most likely to get you very far in life.We have lost a pet, but we are forgiving of the driver who had left our pet to whine in pain. The damage is done but time will tell.Please be aware of your surroundings and don’t be a fool.

The review asked if I'd used this service and technically I had considering id booked and called for two vans for a post wedding transport. Turns out after having called the number and having asked specifically if the taxi will arrive that they will. I called them at the allotted time and they told me that they cannot guarantee it. Absolutely fuming that they straight up lied to me. They even admitted that they lied to me. Do not recommend using this company in any way shape or form. Very disappointed.

Super efficient, I left my souvenir hat behind the lovely call centre confirmed with driver it was there and the driver happily set a meeting place so as not to inconvenience either one of us as I was up north. Couldn't be happier qith the honest and helpfulness
