Would totally recommend this place. Staff are friendly and super talented. They have a great range of colours and are really knowledgeable about the different styles/techniques on offer. I’m pretty indecisive when picking colours/designs but the staff were very patient and offered their expertise advice. It’s quickly becoming my new fav <3

Thank you for seeing me yesterday. The owner is very helpful and Amy did a great acrylic fill. I wish they did eyelash extension fills on other peoples work as I live in South Africa and I just needed a little touch up before an event. If this is possible at all please contact me here. I came early (20min) but they politely greeted me in and started doing my nails. I keep changing the colours. The early 20 was spent on that. She see me unsure so did a few examples to show me the results, super friendly and helpful. Love the nails!!

There are some good photos in the reviews, so maybe I just got an inexperienced technician even though she was lovely to chat to.Once I got out into the sunlight I could see a big lump on my thumb. Really uneven and look as if theres a week worth of growth already.Just moved to Wellington and looking for somewhere to go regularly, so this was disappointing. Just not the place for me, looking for better quality work.

Usually love this place and gave it five stars but after the last visit I’m disappointed. I come in for lash and brow tinting every 5-6 weeks. The last time I went in, the lady was on her phone (which she placed next to my head so I kept hearing the texts coming in), she was very rough and quick, and got a lot of the dye into my eyes. The result was good, but she showed no care for my comfort or enjoyment. I felt like I had to hide the fact that I was in pain, and she never said sorry. Incredibly disappointing service!

Dirty!! Had lash lift and gel nails. Lash room is three beds crammed into a tiny room. Dirty cover on the pillow with old lashes on it, she said lie down, I had to shake it off myself. Red flags! She frazzled my lashes, means over processed and covered to the tips. Didn't tell me any aftercare at all and said it will last 3 to 4 wks and then I should come back. Gel nails she did them so it looks like a week outgrown already, I asked for oval and got stilletto, too long for my work tasks. They tried to overcharge me for everything and anything. Will never return. Buyer beware!!

I showed up with 'old dip' nails - 2 weeks after I should have had them done, so they were a mess. V (Jenny), stripped them down gently and added a tip to a broken nail, and finished them off beautifully. Nuanced approach to this that's sometimes missed by others.... my hands and nails were beautiful and I left super happy.Well situated in the CBD, a clean, classy salon with great service. While there are lots of nail salons, they are not all created equal. Kiwi Beauty Salon and Jenny makes top grade.

Beautiful nails that only lasted a few more days and started falling off with terrible nails left underneath with trauma lines. Not happy as the nail technician advised me to get gel nails which were pretty much stick on nails, obviously because it was quicker to do! She said stronger than SNS - yeah right. Highly disappointed been meaning to update my review for days, so we go. You can see the nails when I got them done and see my nails now. I always wear gloves while doing things like cleaning too BTW, I’ve regularly had my nails done for years and never experienced such short lived nails for the high price.
