I've order Early Gery milk bubble tea.. Powder still in the bubble tea drinks didn't mix well. I drunk mostly powder even i try to shake it well.

I love bubble tea and we stop at Gong Cha on Manners a lot. What I like about this location was there self ordering model. The person behind the counter could focus on making drinks while we all took our time getting our orders right. Service was faster this way!

Rude customer service.I was trying to order warm bubble tea for my son.The young lady told me she can only makes hot or cold bubble tea.I would understand if you were busy but I was the only customer inside.And I have had the same warm drink from the same store previous times.Surely the different between hot and warm just a bit of water ?

Ordered a Dirtea Fresh Milk Black Tea, 30% sugar, 30% ice, pudding topping….. it tasted like the whole drink was just syrup. I queried why it was so sweet, and was told, “it’s because you ordered pudding as a topping”….. the tea tasted TERRIBLE, is it too hard to expect for the tea maker to adjust the portions to make the drink taste good based on the ingredients I ordered???? They didn’t even offer to adjust the tea - so disappointed. Unapologetic, customer service non-existent. Won’t come back.

The girl on Lambton Quay store last Wednesday May 10th around 12:50 pm was so slow. I did not expect that my order will take 15 mintues fot a very simple drink. The queue wasn't bad when I ordered on the tab, just 1 other person before me. She walks like a turtle and taking her sweet time. I got late with my appointment because of her. I even asked her that if she can process mine coz I'll be late with my appointment and did not even bother. The worst part is the other person who ordered a few mintues after me got her order first. Poor customer service. I will never order again if I see her on the shop.

Polite and kind hard working owner. Drink was pricy compared to other competitors, almost $10 for a simple large brown sugar! Though I now know about the student discount so I'll be back. Furthermore, quality is miles ahead of other competitors such as Noah's Ark so I'll let it slide.I was given a bit of a runaround in regards to buying gift cards, I'd recommend calling ahead if you intend on getting one.Store is really crowded, though service is quick, took me maybe five minutes for my drink at peak time, and there is a kiosk.It does cause some issues with the student discount though, as service is generally by kisok, so in busy times where there's only a couple staff on it can be hard to get a team member to manually apply it for you.
