Not friendly at all. No matter in an urgent or not, they let you wait in a long queue. Won’t come here anymore.

Phlebotomist Atele (?spelling) was absolutely wonderful. She has years of experience and I literally didn’t even feel the needle for the blood test. Good amount of parking available, too. Very convenient.

Never take your children here. I took my son in for an allergy test the lady was so rude and impatient with my son. My son has a real fear of needles and there was no empathy she raised her voice at him multiple times she is so unprofessional I had to remind her he is just a child the overall experience was so bad that I walked out with my son without finishing the test

It is nice ambiance, well controlled, everyone needs to scan and get a number.Staff are really laid back, be ready for a long queue, queue outside of the lab, another queue inside of the lane. Car park is always full.I have waited for a test for longer than an hour!!! Ridiculous! Some people couldn’t wait just left. They gotta improve efficiency.

The place had a fairly large reception area but it was full. Like other places, grab a ticket at the front counter and scan it then wait for your number to be called. The place was really busy so there was a bit of a wait. The staff were quite friendly and efficient though.

The person who took my wife's blood has terrible experience. If you want bruising and a painful blood test experience, this is the place to go. Otherwise, steer clear.

I’m usually afraid of needles. Atele took my blood today. There was no pain. She was great, very calming. I’m grateful.

As usual, I only write reviews when customer service is exceptional- 5 stars for Atele. She was so calm and went the extra mile to solve my problems (nurse who sent report in had messed up my forms); Saved me the hassle of making another trip back. Blood collection was so quick and smooth that my past trauma of nurses poking me multiple times was non-existent. No bruising or obvious marks post-jab too. Glad to see I'm not the only person who wrote about her in the reviews. Thanks Atele, you deserve a promotion and I hope you get to train others to continue your exemplary work.

Very painful blood test experience in my whole life, they actually tried my both arms to get it right.The first one who kept changing the angle of the needle three times in my vein! I said stop bc it was too painful. Then she asked someone else to replace her. The second lady who tried on my other arm and went it through smoothly. I am just glad my test was done and very thankful for the second lady but never go back there or recommend to others.
