The mulled wine was not hot, the pepperoni pizza and seafood pasta were very sweet. The lamb pasta had a weird combination of toppings. Over all didn't feel worth the money at all. Not authentic Italian food at all!!!

Urban Gusto was absolutely outstanding! The service provided was exceptionally friendly and prompt, while the cocktails were not only delicious but also offered a fantastic range of choices. The food itself deserves five stars without a doubt. The Fettuccine Europa, in particular, was an unparalleled pasta dish that left me speechless with its remarkable taste. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend this place. Our decision to dine here has brought us immense joy!

Food was pretty nice. We ordered Europa fettuccine, scotch fillet, lamb and pizza and everything was delicious and not expensive. It took over 40 min to arrive though and staff were really apologetic offering free drinks. Place needs a better atmosphere...light is hard and walls aren't interesting. Still a good experience.

Sorry guys, but this was not nice food. A bowl of sweet gloop. Very far away from Italian food. Did mine have sweet chilli sauce in it?! The kids had pizza which seemed ok.The toilets weren't very nice either.I'm giving 3 instead of 2 stars and the service was good and the fire was warm on a cold rainy day.

Pork (Mains) was very salty, not delicious, same as with Pizza, and soggy too (I rarely dislike resto food). Indian looking staff guy was ok, the chubby lady waitress appeared unhappy at work, not rude, but not nice either (sorry, need to mention, but makes a difference w/customer experience). Maybe just a busy Friday.

Amazing food. Probably the best we have had on our vacation so far. Have both authentic Italian and some more Mediterranean options. Prices were also lower than other fares we've had. Strongly recommend.

Service is good. Food tastes below average. My fettuccine tastes very bland and chicken barely has flavor in it. Don’t recommend.

Modern, artsy and comfy decor. A Good value for money contemporary Italian restaurant. There was a little waiting time but acceptable for a wood-fired cuisine. Pizza was subtle and easy to savor. Anchovies as a pizza topping, was unique but did sit well with us. Wait staff were pleasant. Definitely recommend if you are in Rotorua and crave something no fancy Italian food.
