The service here was excellent. As for the food. If you're specialising in cooking meat, I would have expected that part to be pretty much perfect.The pork chops were dry and the tomahawk steak was over cooked.Paid $32 for chops I'd buy at a great Butcher for $10 and I'd do a better job cooking them at home WITHOUT marinating them for 12 hours.8 of us for lunch, 5 different mains and every one was dry.

It was my third time here and I loved it just like the previous ones. The food was amazing, but it did have a longer wait than last time. I had the chicken and it was just perfect. It was juicy and well seasoned. The staff was friendly and polite. I would recommend calling to make a booking because he space is a bit small and it's always full

It is not very often that you come across a place that cooks a perfect steak the way these guys do. I will go back time and time again! Always order something different every time and always love it!

This place has been on my list for a while, my Brazil friend took me to there, it’s his favorite restaurant in Auckland. it is very popular, if you don’t reserve, might sit at the bar if there is a space, I didn’t mind sit at the bar and see the chef cooking, amazing.Our food is beautiful, big portion, the ribs are tender, service is quick and staff are friendly. I like the ambiance.Definitely would go back and recommend to give it try.

Tender pork ribs with great bbq sauce on special and the sausage was very unique tasting too. Beef knuckle was also good but similar to a sliced steak. Good cocktails like the Orange Bailey's which is pretty much a dessert. Make sure you get reservations here because it's booked out every time we've gone or tried to go. Good for 2-3 people but not larger groups from the tables I saw. Very filling plates.

Not a big place for large groups, suits 4_8 people gathering I assumed. loved our meal here! Had the yummy well-cooked costliest and the sides came on the very delicious sauce. very tender beef ribs with tostones and guacamole were recommended by one of the staff members, and it was a gr8 idea. Will back. But pre-booking will give you a chance to get a better table.
