Customer service is so bad. We have been waiting for 20 minutes, most of following customer got their orders first and gone. My friend tried to ask 3 times, no one replied and walked away. The fourth time, they said “your order is here, we called and no one answer” while we both stand in front the counter all the time. We understand if you are busy, but at least, have to respect and let us know how long the order takes .

Order was substantially fast at 5 minutes. Chicken was good. Note there were only a few people.Didn't have large coleslaw so gave me three smalls.Recommended at off peak hours

Disgusting. 0 stars if I could! Just wanted a quick lunch and it was the biggest waste of money probably have food poisoning. Chicken patty was grey and uncooked, chips bland, dirty sitting area. Do not go here!

On the day I ordered food in store, the place was busy, and the food was tasty, but the store itself I'd have to agree with other reviews was pretty grubby. You sit down to tables smeared with food. I watched other customers clean their seats before sitting. I think the problem, like many other outlets, is cheap labour equals better bottom line yadda yadda yadda...

Service too slow. Dinner time rush and everyone is working at a frustratingly slow pace. Took 10 mins just to put order through who knows how long until I get my meal. I was only person in line.

Worst KFC experience ever, do not recommend this place. Owners of this franchise should need to pay more attention to how things work here, just a waste of money and disappointment.

Came on a Sunday and the place was crowded, garbage bins overfilled, and workers that wished they didn’t even want to be there. The chicken pieces were so small, and the burger wasn’t that flavourful. Recommend to try other food in the area.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, ordered a dinner for two and chose the upsize option then paid the extra money. When collecting the food we were given one large and one small drink.After asking the manager why we were given 1 small drink she said it was our fault and we needed to pay another $1.80 to get another large drink.Despite me asking her a number of times what was included in purchasing the large option of the meal she proceeded to say to her co worker that I was not understanding and that I had ordered one large drink and paid the extra for that.I asked her to come to the kiosk to look at the ordering sequence so she can familiarize herself with the product she was managing sales of but she refused and claimed to be too busy to take a minute to look.I reached a logger head with this extremely poor service and confirmation from another worker there that this is an ongoing issue with customers prompted me to ask for my money back and they dumped the product or most likely gave it to the next unsuspecting customer all over up sizing one lousy drink that I had already paid for.I won't be visiting the particular KFC ever again and will most likely not be going to KFC in general for quite some time.Texas chicken here I come.
