I highly recommend this gym to everyone. I was attending bootcamps before I had bariatric surgery and after surgery the trainers really supported me and worked closely with me to safely get me back into optimum shape. I am so grateful to have had such professional, motivated and experienced trainers guiding me and I feel fitter and stronger than I ever have (35kg lighter too). I am even able to run half marathons now....and i never thought that was possible for me. The bootcamps are fantastic - I encourage everyone no matter what fitness stage you are at to give this gym a try.
