Z - Panmure - Service Station

Where was the forecourt concierge you advertise? Even just to check that everything is ok would have been great. Don't offer a service if you are not going to provide it.

Nice staff, sells Diesel & Petrol 91, 95. Also does swap a bottle for LPG. Has Brewster made coffee and hot food e.g pies.

Bad customer experience. Night staff don’t know how to provide good service to customers

Friendly staff,never have to wait for a pump, swapa gas bottles and pay phone. Best to use this station when heading west or to towords the motorway.

Staff are absolutely hopeless. Especially night time staff. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this was after multiple observations and this has to be the worst station in the area.

Absolutely disgusted to hear one of my work colleagues was falsely accused of shoplifting here. Staff members I was told were 'Karam' and 'Joseph'. When further evidence was requested, they simply made a weak apology and admitted they made a mistake. Appalling and unprofessional. I urged my colleague to make a formal complaint with Z Energy, but decided to simply boycott this station altogether. I agreed, and will inform everyone I know to do the same. Shame on you Z Panmure. Shame on you.

That is a pity as i would give it ANOTHER another 5 stars for a more recent visit to this petrol station, for their fantastic, helpful manner to customers. .here is the previous review :.I got lost looking for an address and called into this petrol station.Two ladies didn't just hand me a map, but looked up the business I was going to, looked it up on their phone map and explained how to get there. I didnt need to buy anything but the service these two ladies gave me was beyond compare. And with a smile. Thank you so much for your help ! I got there just in time, thanks to you two.

Nothing makes it stand out from other gas stations, but that's also the good things, I'm getting a consistently good experience across the franchise.

Do not be fooled by the Wednesday 10cents discount promotions. They increase the fuel price by the same amount the night before, so you are basically not getting any discount at all. Very deceiving.

Night staff is trash. Its always just one guy, who takes his time and doesnt care if customers are building up... not good enough.
