East Day Spa

I made a group booking for my birthday, the therapists were lovely and provided an excellent service however I felt the day would have been better if they had better parking, the lifts had been working (access was an issue for my mum). I was also disappointed that we couldnt spend more time together in our group while receiving our treatments. The facial products irritated my skin & opening the window meant we could hear all the noise from outside, which wasn't very relaxing. I'm also pretty sure that we didn't get the full time allocated to our treatments. The website makes this place seem like a sanctuary but it didn't feel like that to me. I was going to take my daughter here for her birthday but I've decided to go elsewhere.

Best spa I have been too. Caring, attentive staff and very dreamy treatment. I had a package containing full body massage, scalp massage and facial. Did not want to leave!

Couples massage was 10/10 - we were gifted this by a friend and it did not disappoint. Great service and chill out zone before the massage starts. Lovely people and felt so relaxed. Will be coming back!

Went here for a pregnancy massage. The massage was nice and my muscles definitely felt way more relaxed afterwards. The decor and waiting room are lovely. Would have been 5 stars if they had one of those tables with a hole in for your bump. They provided pillows to make lying on your side more comfy but would have been nice to lie on my front.

A long awaited Xmas gift massage for self and partner did not disappoint.Friendly greeting, lovely ambience, and awesome massages from both our massage therapists. I was especially impressed with the care taken around my wrist injury. Thank you Santi and Made.

If you're looking for a firm pregnancy massage I highly recommend going here! I've had several pregnancy massages and they weren't great because the pressure was SO light, but this massage was great and actually got rid of the tension in my back and shoulders

The complex and environment is fantastic. The rooms and relaxation space are great treatment. I have commented to the staff twice that a full body should include abdominal area. Im told its a policy not to include the abdominal area. I however dispute this as female colleges have had this area include. It’s always amazing at East Day Spa… was having a mare of a day, didn’t even want to go out of the house to go the booking we’ve had for a month…. And after a gloriously, calm, peaceful and relaxing massage and pedicure I am restored to being a happy human. So very thankful for all the care and attention.

I’ve been seeing Hannah for over a year and could not recommend her enough!! She’s so knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and passionate about her work. She cares deeply for her clients and provides next level services and support!

Worst massage I've ever experienced. I left worse than when I arrived. She made my posture worse! I would never ever recommend. I even told her to slow her pace down and told her to lessen the pressure and still it was no good. Instead she hurt me multiple times on my back, ankles, thighs and neck. The lady who massaged me didn't even know any pressure points or feet reflexology. You should be ashamed and do more study before attempting to massage real people. Now I have to go back to chiropractor just to fix what you damaged.
