Spidertracks

I've used this system for many years now and I would not fly without Spidertracks. I think this is the best advancement in aviation safety for many years. I have never found a problem with support or administration and I would highly recommend this company.

I have been involved using Spidertracks for over 10 years in a multitude of aircraft and operations. The technology and the user-friendly nature of the hardware speaks for itself but what continually impresses me is the high level of support from the Spidertracks team. No issue is too much trouble - they respond promptly and efficiently. Recently we upgraded our Spiders and the team were very helpful in understanding our operations and recommending savings in our plans. They could’ve chose not to do that, but they did. All too often these days companies have internal systems that I’m sure work great for them but are a nightmare for their customers. Spidertracks have kept it simple.

We have used Spider Tracks for years and wouldn’t fly without it. Our fleet of 7 aircraft were all equipped with a Spider which made it easier to schedule flights and you always knew where your aircraft were. Now that we have sold our air taxi business we still use Spider Tracks in our personal airplane. I wouldn’t be without it.

The company I work for has had Spidertracks units fitted to our aircraft for over 6 years and since that first day, have always known where they are!

This is such a wonderful tool for our pilots safety!

System is great but the administration and invoicing is very poor

I am with a company that has been using Spidertracks, and the Spider 6 for over four years. The units have worked flawlessly for these years and continue to do so. The Spider units are sleek and handle the abuse of the helicopter marketplace. With the cost of acquisition and pings, Spidertracks second to none. I would recommend this device and service to any operator.
