Poor service, staff a so rude and unprofessional & (lazy). Never going back, they harassed me, and no we did go through them. And in the system we used our husband's name. They want you to write good reviews and then they call and harrass you if you write bad reviews or go public.

Excellent service from start to finish.They came out within 24 hrs to assess the job and measure up.Installation team were amazing. Professional efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning up at the end of it all.Highly recommend Cascades Carpets and won’t hesitate to use their service again.
