5 star for the old man. Wayne was professional and not your typical pushy sales man. I did not end up getting the Aqua I was after but I thought of giving them a 5 star. First impression lasts. As a customer, my experience with Wayne was superb. He does not pressure you to take the car right away. I feel comfortable talking to him and was understanding enough when I told him I’ve got 3-4 more other Aquas on my Watchlist to view. I tried to haggle for the price as well, it wasn’t honoured but his son Blair counter offered me with a win win situation for both parties.Some other time gents. I may not have got the hybrid I was after from your shop but I thought you deserve a 5 star review.Cheers,Jere

Wilkinson Trading set the bar across the board for a great customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief enquiry, Blair was responsive and on point, no mucking around. Sam was so helpful with setting up my stereo on the day, as it was in Japanese and he taught me how to set it up. The car is pristine conditon (Vanguard 2011).
