The staff with a beautiful colorful long braided hair was so therapeutic it made me less anxious. She made me feel comfortable before asking my details and getting my blood plus made sure I go out of the room all set before opening the door for me to leave. Exceptionally professional. ❤️

Quick friendly service with great open times so you can get in before work. The nurse I had took blood and I barely felt it! Which is awesome.

Arrived more than 5 minutes before closing but they had closed early. They refused to see my sick newborn and turned us out in the rain. So by 4pm closing they probably mean 3:30.Sure we could’ve arrived earlier except the paperwork had only just come through from the hospital. No compassion. Very upsetting. But what do they care? Had an awful time with their phone operators too. What a disaster.

Good location, next door to AA, friendly staff doing the best they can. Plenty free parking out in front or acorss the road. Expect a LONG queue I'm during peak time such as 7am in the morning or Saturdays.

The Indian lady that took my blood test pushed the needle in my arm too far it was hurting so bad and my whole arm started getting numb and had a stinging feeling! She was a nice lady but she hurt my arm and i feel she raptured my nerve because my arm hurts now and not the same as before!!!Very disappointed!

I never usually leave reviews but as I saw a couple of not great ones on here I thought I'd balance them out with a good one! I was nervous for my blood test this morning as last time (at a different lab tests) it really hurt and seemed to take ages. This morning the phlebotomist was kind, efficient, quick and the whole thing was completely pain free - I honestly felt NOTHING, not even the usual sharp scratch". So thank you !!"

Clinic due to open at 8am on Saturday's , staff left outside for almost half an hour with patients waiting for time sensitive tests.
