I’m a bit of a giraffe, a bit unco and not particularly fit but I’m loving my workouts with F45 Silverdale. Theyre fast, effective and over and done with quickly. I go at midday on my days off which is really convenient.

Absolutely love the atmosphere and the trainers at F45 Silverdale! It's never a boring workout and enjoy all the classes there! The trainers are always there to motivate, but not to intimidate which is great!

Great team of instructors and regulars, the studio is nice and spacious plus it's great to see nice bathrooms. Tried their 'redline' cardio class and it was a sweaty workout that I seriously enjoyed. highly recommend any locals stop in and give F45 Silverdale a go.James Ashwin
