Shaver Shop Newmarket

I had a old phillips shaver of 8 years. I decided i need upgrading so I went to Shaver shop. My hair grows fast, thick. I was assured the shaver I was looking at was ideal. I wished to think about it and went back later, saw a different person. I was told the same. I brought the product to be extremely dissapointed. I went back to my old shaver. Even the supposedly tilting head was no advantage over the fixed head. Reasently I brought a shaving kit from Kmart for $39. There is no comparison on ease of use or quality. Thumbs up to Kmart

I bought the Phillips trimer online. Great service, Quick delivery. I want to say thanks to Nishan for great customer service and very good knowledge about all the products.

Excellent store, Shaver Shop have been always my favourite business for my shaving gears. I had the best experience purchasing a Philips electric shaver in the past. In my recent purchase for an electric toothbrush, I was served the cashier; Nishan, it was a pleasure to deal with him.Shaver Shop should be proud to have a dedicated and qualified staff like him. I went to the Shaver Shop Newmarket a couple of days ago to buy a Hair Clipper DIY. I purchased the product and used it on the same day. Works well but is a little bit noisier than I expected. The Trim was clean!I visited the store a few days before I purchase the product to check and confirm the product. The sales assistant lady assisted me well.But when I went to purchase, there were only two guys; one reached to assist but unexpectedly, I experienced the worst customer service one can ever imagine!He lousily explained about the product, and also it appeared to me that he didn't know the product that well! I had to ask the other guys whether this person is new to the Store coz I thought that they have asked someone on the street to do the sales instead! He left me in the middle of the conversation, that was quite an embarrassing moment, I need not elaborate on that!I wrote to the Shaver Shop AU but they refused to publish it on their page as it carries bad remarks; I guess! I believe the customer should be treated well and other customers should know about these kinda things so they can go somewhere else and purchase.I'm so disappointed!

Definitely don’t recommend this particular branch. Sent me a wrong product which was $100 more expensive than what I actually paid for and wasn’t what I wanted. I called the store twice on 2 different occasions and not one person bothered to apologise and sounded like they had no idea what to do. Even once I finally went out of my way to pick it up, still no apology or even a “have a good night. Such awful service - won’t shop there again.

So I walk in there looking at entry level electric men’s shavers. Guy immediately tries to upsell me to the most expensive, telling me the $80-120 range is for 14-15 year old boys. At least try and understand your customer’s needs and cater to them, instead of just trying to make a quick buck. Not everyone wants to pay $600 for an electric shaver. Hey but I guess that’s the world we live in.

Wow - I was looked after this morning by Nishan who is a gentleman and pleasure to deal with. I had misplaced the charger cable for my Wahl shaver and when I approached Nishan he pulled out a box with various charger cables and fittings - we found one that fitted mine. Fully expecting to pay I pulled out my credit card but Nishan would not take payment, even when I near pleaded with him. Still he refused. What fantastic service. Incidentally I had not even mentioned to Nishan that I had actually purchased the shaver from his shop a year ago. I wish Shaver Shop Newmarket every success.

Great store, lady in the shop was super helpful and friendly and found me exactly what I needed! Would come here again!

The staff were really knowledge, and impressed with the service I have received from them. Manager Nishan was a true gentlemen with its behaviour and customer service. Kudos to him.Keep it up the good work.
