Amazing people who are important essential workers that previous customers reviewed badly. Since level 4 we have relied on them...acceptance and kindness go a long way. Customers choose how they behave....even if service is a bit mixed doesnt mean reviewers have to respond as some have. Thanks Night n Day....

Terrible service, 3 people behind the counter and none serving. Then they act as if they are doing you a favour. Pathetic, find some half decent staff

Staff are lazy, unprofessional and showing poor customer service. I'm trying to buy something but there's one lady who does not want to help me serve my order just because her counter is a NZ Post. I mean if you are doing your job you could have help me serve on other counter. All she does is just gossip around with her workers and not do her job properly. I prefer buying my food on other branches like in Mornington at near Uni.

Cold over salted chips with barely warm hotdog and during busy lunchtime too. Not first time I've had bad food here, definitely need to give it up.

Really awesome staff. There's one young worker there and he's incredibly kind. Always go out of his way to say hello and ask how i'm doing.The prices are expensive, but that's expected.Clean and tidy, great staff, and reasonable products.

Have been in twice recently and staff were literally screaming at each other in front of customers saying “YOU’RE SO ANNOYING YOU ARE A PSYCHO” everyone felt so uncomfortable. This is so unprofessional, sort your issues out when you aren’t at work. This was at 11.30am today.

Asked for nachos and they wouldn’t make me nachos even though they had the items to. They were just lazy and looking for a way out. I would know because I worked at a night n day and supervisors would do that all the time.
