I had to bring my new progressives back as I couldn't see the computer. They were very open and honest, consulted with management and agreed the best option was to replace both frames and lenses free of charge and stayed late to sort the issue. That's great service!.

Online booking was very straightforward and received an eye test appointment reminder txt 24hrs beforehand. After my free eyetest (paid for by Southern Cross) and opting for progressive lenses (two pairs of glasses) I decided not to proceed with purchasing the glasses in-store. As I was travelling overseas a month later I asked for an email copy of my eyetest prescription to take overseas partly to check-out a wider selection of frames. The in-store staff were very helpful in dealing with my request. I have no hesitation in recommending OPSM Browns Bay.

Booked online and was called to confirm my booking, as it was free through Southern Cross. The optometrist was good but bedside manner could be improved. Front of house, Morgan, was very helpful and patient as I was quite particular with my frames. Didn’t feel under pressure to make a decision. Glasses were ready only 5 days later. Very happy with them.

Called with an emergency request for contact lenses, the receptionist was unable to help which is fine but came across as rude. I tried another optometrist in Albany (NVison on Apollo Drive) and they provided me with emergency lenses for free.

VIsit 10 months back: Went there today, had a good experience, very polite, well mannered & helpful staff.Visited again today: 30 Nov '22, Had a Wendy do my eye test, she was amazing at her job from my layman POV, very good experience the day before with the receptionist as well. They focus on keeping their interactions with their customers as nice as possible and it shows. While waiting there I've seen them do well with other customers as well. As long as you're happy with the frame selections there, I don't think you can go wrong with OPSM Browns Bay.

Excellent place , have done a few exams and pairs of glasses. Very detailed and nice . Also make sure you are happy with the glasses and keep record of everything.

Both my husband and I had eye tests which were fine however the upsell after was a complete rip off a $479 deal plus 50percent off deal became $1200 within 2 minutes and then guess what the lense wouldn't fit the glasses picked
